For all Macros Implant products, an Innovative Solvent Cleaning System is used. SAND BLASTING AND SURFACE TREATMENT Our existing automation performs the blasting process with the same quality standards.

Sandblasting and Surface Treatment

Our current automation carries out the blasting process with the same quality standards.

Alumina sand is used to create holes ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 micrometers in diameter. This process facilitates macro roughness for osseointegration.

The etching process, performed with a special formula, results in the formation of macro and micro holes and the achievement of the Bone Implant Thread (BIT) value.
